How should I tell my clients at work that I will no longer be working? I can't figure out what I should say and how I should say it? Any ideas or help?

.

So me and my husband were ttc for 15 months and then decided to see a fertility specialist a couple months ago. Everything is fine with him, I just don't ovulate on my own. So I was put on my first round of letrozole last month but I miscarried two weeks ago at 5 weeks pregnant on my first round of medicine. I am a cosmetologist and it has been soo stressful trying to balance that with all of my fertility appointments I have with my specialist because I have to be monitored constantly while on my treatment. And it's hard to schedule people in my work schedule with all my dr appointments and I've had some clients get mad because I've been having to take off work to go to the dr. I'm sick of them acting like their hair and nails should come before my health and me getting help to finally get pregnant with a healthy baby. So me and my husband talked and he told me to quit my job and stay home so I can focus on my dr appointments. I put my two weeks in last Friday with my boss and next week will be my last week working. It feels like such a relief already. Now I'm going to send out a text to all my clients letting them know that I will no longer be working. But I can't figure out how I should say and what I should say? Any ideas?
