Getting fit

Hey ladies (and to those who prefer otherwise)

I'm looking to get into shape as when I go off to college I'm going to be (hopefully) doing ROTC. I need tips and advice how to keep at it and get into shape.

I need to drop like 10-20 pounds (I weigh about 170)

Things I'm looking for

- diets that don't kill me

- workout routines
