Vagina ruined after birth!!!

I'm 5 weeks postpartum. I had an episiotomy, stitches all ripped and wound got infected. I'm still in pain but it's healing well.

I looked at my vagina for the first time today and I'm DEVASTATED. It's a totally different shape and there's no distinct little hole, it just looks all open like I can see straight in. I'm not sure if it's related to the episiotomy or just giving birth.

Does it get tighter over time? Or is plastic surgery the only option?
