Do you wear pad or tampon to bed?

I use a Diva cup now, but before that I used tampons even when sleeping. I absolutely hate pads- they feel way too much like a wet diaper and give me awful diaper rash so I just don't wear them. I just set an alarm for every 6/7hrs and change it. I generally don't really get more than 6hrs of sleep anyways so it's not a big deal to me at all.

I have menstrual cup. 😊 I would never sleep with tampon, because it would be in me more than 8 hours. And pad would just leak all over.

Luckily I don't bleed hardly at all when I am in bed so I just free bleed haha.  I'll use tampons during the day.

I use tampon but I always wake up in the middle of the night so I changed it. Can't do pad because I don't like sleeping in my puddle of blood.. gross.
