6 W 5 D

This is baby #2 for us and my son is going to be 1 in September. In April I will have 2 under 2! Very nervous but excited as well. This time around I've been experiencing more nausea but no breast soreness. With my son I didn't feel sick at all but I had tender breasts. Is it possible this one may be a girl? I know there is no way to tell gender for sure until the 20 week ultrasound but Is there anyone who can speak to having a boy and a girl and the difference, if any, in their pregnancies?
