Have you ever noticed cramps starting after putting a tampon in?

I started AF last night and so i just used a pad, I had no symptoms like cramping or anything all night and now about 30 mins after inserting my tampon I'm having severe cramps radiating all through my back and hips 😞

Try organic, natural all cotton ones. I found smaller ones that feel better to me, because im a small woman. However, in general I avoid tampons because they seem to make my cramping worse, so mainly stick to pads. I would suggest listening to your body. Usually it's like my body takes a huge sigh of relief when I take tampons out. I don't want anything in my vagina besides dick, and (clean) fingers. My body seems to agree and be most happy when that's all I put up there. Besides occasional coconut oil but that's just good lube/ healthy for your vagina, so far as I know.

it can be that you're allergic to the tampon some tampons have flower smells and other stuff some people are allergic to some brands ... keep in mind not necessarily you have to have a rash to be allergic to something so it can be that the tampon  give you some type of reaction

I rarely use tampons but when i have used them I've never experienced anything bad except maybe just a little discomfort
