Implantation bleeding or af

I have normal cycle pretty much cramps usually the day it starts and they're intense and I don't EVER spot. I had sex pretty much all through my fertile period and took an opk and detected my surge aug 15th this app said I ovulated the 16th I have sore breast,gassy and twinges/dull pulling on the right side am I pregnant or pms .. took a test read negative .. how long before I should test again??
