Can't walk for to long

Ill be 11 weeks tomorow! And ive been having back pain like crazy! It's super tense and when my husband massages it I literally cry. I don't go out as much as I did anymore. We went to the grocery store yesterday and I was in tears I had to sit every time I seen a empty rack the pain was so bad. I rushed him so we can get to the car he took me home so I can lay down. I feel bad because I also have a 4 yr old who I would love to run around with and play with him at the park but I'm laying down all day any advice?
