Pain (preterm labor?)

I'm 37 weeks and ever since a few days ago I've been in a lot of pain. The pain started to get worse last night when I watched Game of Throne's season finale. I went the whole hour and a half watching it in pain. I was having very sharp vaginal pains, with what felt like menstrual cramps, on top of that feeling like I had to poop. When I would lay down I would feel kind of better except my hips hurt and anytime I would get up to pee (which was a lot haha) I just felt very crampy and uncomfortable in my abdomen and since I woke up this morning it's the same things that I was feeling last night with the constant sharp vaginal pains, menstrual like cramps, and feeling like I have to poop.
