Help scared

So was turning into the bank and my front right tire hit the curb when I was turning. No damage to car front bumper but I have anxiety and feel like something wrong with me I know it gonna sound crazy but could I be Injured at all. Sorry like my mind makes me think of internal bleeding in my tummy or something. Please comment kinda scared happened 2 hours ago. And I am on meds and have a therapist. But can I be injured at all for side sweeping the curb. The curb wasn't like straight it was the curved ones so not aa bad as others. Just help please.
