Is it normal?

Okay so i am pretty sure i am pregnant, but i didn't get a positive until 1wk 1 dy after my missed period and even then its a faint line. Is it because i ovulated really late??? I am confused because according to my calculations i should be 6 1/2 or 7 weeks pregnant. Has this happened to you ladies? What were you told at the doctors? I feel kind of weird lol thank Jesus i am not throwing up everything every five seconds as of now because my first pregnancy it was that bad where i lost 14 lbs straight until 4 months into my pregnancy. Anything ladies?

Ps i am very excited ahhhh i always wanted my children to be close in age since my little sister and i were and it was amazing :)
