Help!!!

Hi guys,

I am 13 days early on my period me and my partner got quite frisky last night so went quite a few times but after I had severe cramps in my lower stomach and it was sensitive to the touch then when I went to the bathroom I noticed I had spotting and it has carried on to today but super light. I missed a pill 3 days ago (we did have sex this day) l and yesterday (I'm not very good at pill taking) anyone had this before is it possible I could be having implantation bleeding my stomach is still super sore but less than last night?
