Am I miscarrying???

Last week I had taken four pregnancy test all positive, faint but definitely positive and one was digital which came up pregnant. Today I went to the doctors and started to spot right at the office, and my test there was vvf too....I had an ultrasound and they didn't see anything yet but they said I'm only 5w 2d along and not seeing anything is normal and to come back in two weeks to try another ultrasound.... help am I miscarrying, or does this sound normal?????
