Impatient

Hi everyone! So I got my IUD taken out back in April and it's still not happening, I know that others have tried for years and I just started trying not long ago, but it's getting so frustrating to me... and not to mention I got my period very early this time... basically twice this month... any suggestions on how to ease my anxiety on this or how to conceive a lot easier??? 😭
