Vaginal bleeding!!! Help

So I'm around 5 weeks and just went to the bathroom and I had blood. I've been having cramps the last couple days but please guys it's not always followed by miscarrying right? Literally in the middle of hurricane Harvey and I'm not even sure what to do. I've been trying for a week to get an appointment w the gyno but was waiting for this week to call again... please has anyone had good outcome from this

*my cramps seem normal to how it would be during my period
