Hi so um... there's a good chance in gonna lose my virginity this weekend to my boyfriend. I'm ready and excited but also scared. What should I expect? What is it like?

I'm guessing you've thought it all through and are ready. So, what I'd say is try to relax. You're going to be pretty tight (unless you have self served before) and if you're nervous your muscles won't relax and it'll be really uncomfortable. And if you're uncomfortable, stop. Calm down, readjust, get some extra lube, even stop and try again later. There is nothing wrong with stopping if it's too much, and IF he tries to make you feel bad about it, he's not the one. Js because I've seen a few too many posts about the guy getting upset. 
I generally like to say wait. I know it may seem like the right thing to do, the next step, or a way to keep someone; and I totally get it. I've been there. I know many don't agree with waiting for marriage, but there is nothing better than laying down with the man that not only swore to be yours forever, but did it in front of everyone, signed a sheet of paper next to you, and put a band around your finger so everyone you come in contact with will know you are his and he is yours. The feeling of knowing all of the uncertainty in the world and all the chaos and then looking at the one who is your Certain, is like no other. I wasn't able to say to my husband that no other man has had the privilege of touching me; but I wish I could. 
I truly understand all angles, but be sure you are completely ready. And if you do go through with it, I'm hoping it means youre completely in love and trust this man wholeheartedly. It will probably hurt a little at first, but if you relax, it will go much smoother.

it's going to be somewhat awkward just figuring out what feels good and what doesn't. just communicate how you're feeling and if something hurts then don't be afraid to speak up!
