Bloody show? Went in last night

Went in last night and got monitored...I was only 1cm dilated and 50% effaced but the contractions I was having were real! They sent me home. I took tons or Tylenol and ate tons of food! I got some sleep and bounced on my ball when the contractions were so bad I couldn't lay still (it helps SO MUCH) I was up about every hour and half with pain and to go to the bathroom. Not once did I have blood! Then I get up for the day and wipe and see this...then get into the shower and clots and fresh blood come out...
