am I doing something wrong I'm 3 days late been going to the bathroom more often my breast are somewhat tender to touch and since last night and today I've noticed spotting like this I took top pic last night

i feel like im losing my mind i don't know for sure if I'm pregnant or not I've taking two test both during this spotting and it seems like they are negative but I'm still not convinced because usually when I start my period its heavy and I've never experienced just spotting like this before I've had 3 kids already each were different also when I wipe it goes from pinkish reddish brown color and my period is never like this so I'm so confused as to what to do can anyone please help me
