I'm thirty. I know we go threw changes in our age but my period has lost its mind. I have been ttc for over a year. with not even a single positive. this month I started getting pretty bad cramping three days before my period. I'm now three days late still have horrid cramping which I never get before my period. is this something that is normal at this age. for a period to just be late and have a lot of cramping.
