Do I need to call the DR??

I'm 7+2 and have had severe morning sickness for the past week. I cannot keep anything down. I try to eat but everything makes me throw up again. I'm to the point where there's been nothing in my stomach for a couple of days. My hands won't stop trembling and my heart is always racing and I get dizzy. On top of all this today I have diarrhea. Is this normal? Should I just suck it up or is this something I should call my OB about??? Please help
