Anyone else feel full easily and can't breathe?

Question

I can breathe, of course, but I constantly feel super full like you just ate thanksgiving dinner and can't breathe. The smallest amount of food or liquid makes me full. I assume this is just my organs and stomach getting all squished up as baby makes room; but anyone experiencing this? I'm 11 weeks and pretty petite (5 feet, 108lbs) so there isn't much room for anything in there!

I doubt it's your organs moving yet, that won't happen until you're much further along. A reduced appetite and discomfort with fullness can be normal due to the hormones that then make our muscles feel strained in new ways. Later you'll know when your organs are squished for sure!

Yea I get full fast but then I get hungry fast too like every two hours im eating something

At 11 weeks your uterus is still in your pelvis absolutely nothing has changed or moved. It sounds like digestion which will be linked to pregnancy.

Been feeling like that too, and when that baby starts growing, Tums and antacids will be your best friend. I'm 23 weeks and I havent gained any weight for the past 2 months because it's so hard to eat when I'm full so easily. And just the slightest bending over movements will bring it up to my throat.

I have a similar thing in 15 weeks but I've had it most of the time I've been pregnant, sometimes I feel super hungry but after a few bites i can't manage anymore and it's like I've eaten a huge meal. Some days I can eat a whole meal but it's pretty rare these days. I try to have more smaller meals or snacks throughout the day so I know I'm still getting the nourishment I need for me and baby.
