What's going on ?

I've never had a cycle longer than 38 days. I don't know when I ovulated as I gave up tracking for this month. Having tender nipples/boobs and slight cramping with back ache. I had the lightest brown spotting I've ever seen yesterday and the day before. Not sure what's going on. 2 negative tests so far. Not really feeling like af is on her way!

Also had heavy mid cycle spotting with EWCM this month and I read a few women got their BFP after having that.
