How do you pop ur ears???

so im sick right now , i have an allergy cold .. And my ears decided to get plugged up which i freaking hate!!! How do i unplug them and pop them????? I cant hear !!!

i breathe in air through my mouth, hold it in where it makes my cheeks bubble. hold my nose and then breathe out.

Your Eustation tubes in your ears will be blocked from congestion... do not force them to pop as you could blow your ear drums. Try some sudafed, or a decongestant and it should resolve.
I'm a scuba diver and we're generally not allowed to dive when congested due to the risk of ear problems, and not being able
To "pop"/equalise the pressure underwater when ears are congested. Same goes on land, if you try to hard to "pop" them you can damage your ears.

Yawning helps. I can pop mine by opening and closing my jaw. Or plug your nose and close your mouth and blow like your puffing your cheeks to make a monkey face. Chewing gum or food helps too

I am sick and the moment I read this is popped my ears LOL. I just open my jaw as wide as I can a few times
