TMI! Possible misscarrage?

10 weeks 4 days, light cramps didn't even notice them throughout the day until I started bleeding I bleed 2 days ago as well but it was right after me and my fiance had sex so I thought maybe we just were too rough..but then it started again today..its like a little gush..then slows down...idk can anyone explain or relate to this?

Yeah thats not normal to bleed like that. Are you actually sure you were pregnant and this isnt just a period

While I've never had a miscarriage, I do know that when my best friend had hers at 5 weeks there was a blood clot. At 10 weeks, there definitely should have been something besides blood. Attached is a summary of baby at 10 weeks. If he/she is 1 & 1/4 inches, then I would have expected something else besides blood. Try to call for a nurse through your OB, they should have someone on call for you. If they feel the bleeding is an immediate emergency they'll send you to the ER or follow up tomorrow with an ultrasound and bloodwork.

Definitely call your doctor.  I had similar bleeding at 11 weeks (took a nap, woke up to blood all over my pajama pants just like that) and they sent me to the ER for an ultrasound to see how bb was doing.
It turns out it was just a random bleed.  I'm at 26+5 now with a healthy baby girl.  Call your doctor and keep your chin up!

I would definitely contact your doctor to be seen. It could be something simple and treatable or it could be more serious. I suffered a missed miscarriage that started like this. After seeing the heartbeat, I went several weeks with off-and-on bleeding and no other symptoms and ended up miscarrying.  
I hope it's something like a hematoma but your doctor is the only one who can really give you answers. Best of luck to you.

I have no idea how your hospital may be (obv) but triage is who checks you first IN MD and my hospital policy is that they won't accept anyone until 20 weeks to even check you. 
I'd call your on call OB first before making the trip:(
