appendix help????

I've been having small dullish pains in the lower right part of my stomach/side recently. I also have had a few stomach aches and diarrhea and stuff. Any idea what it could be? It isn't period cramps, I'm not on my period or close to it. It's also different type of pain. It's like dull and constant where my period pains are sharp and quick. When I looked it up appendicitis came up.... any ideas????
