Suggestions??

Question

Currently 1 cm dilated, any suggestions besides sex, and walking to try to help speed up process? Due date is Monday but already have scheduled to be induce for the 11th

First, I know it's not easy but try to stay relaxed. Labour is not likely to start or progress if you are overly tense. 
Try drinking lots and lots of red raspberry leaf tea. Even if it doesn't directly start labour for you, it does strengthen the uterus so labour is likely to go faster once it does start. 
Try clary sage essential oil. Either diffused into the air, or dilute it in some oil and rub it on your belly.
Evening primrose oil is another good one as it will help soften your cervix. I know a lot of people just take capsules internally but you usually have to start at 37 weeks for it to make a difference by ingesting it. The other option I've heard people try is to insert it up close to your cervix.
I've also heard spicy food can help but personally I wouldn't do that one as I'm sooo not tolerant to spicy stuff. 
And also, I know castor oil is a common one but I'd advise to avoid that one as well. It's more likely to make you puke then anything. If you're desperate enough to try it, I haven't read anything that says it's harmful but you should be prepared to feel sick after.
Oh!! And don't forget to try nipple stimulation!

Drink pine apple juice that helps a lot and cinnamon tea. That worked for me.
