yeast infection?

I'm not sure whether I have a yeast infection or something else or if it's just normal? I don't have the 'typical' yeast infection discharge-like cottage cheese, although I've had more white discharge than usual and it's sometimes had tiny sort of lumps in it and sort of creamy, this happens maybe everyday but not all the discharge I have in the day is like this, sometimes it'll be clear. also it has been a little bit itchy too. sorry for this tmi description but I'm just confused and I don't know what to do because I'm only 16 and I've never had a yeast infection before
