Night sweats

Anyone else ever suddenly start getting night sweats?? I'm almost 29 so no it's not menopause related. My period is due to start in 7ish days. We sleep with fans on no matter the weather cuz I can't sleep without the sound lol however, this past week I have been sweating horribly at night. I wake up feeling so gross, but also when I wake up in the morning (with temps starting to drop a bit at night/early morning) I'm so cold 😩. I don't feel sick or any of that either 🤔
