Am I overreacting?

I'm 16 I've my boyfriend and I lost it to each other we had a pregnancy scare in the beginning... later on I found I was pregnant when I miscarried in my restroom in shock since I am on the shot ...

I schedule a pap , my doctor told me I have a low chance of ever getting pregnant which for now I'm happy with but knowing the fact that I may never have kids scare me. The depo eventually stops your period but just in case I took a pregnancy test (negative) and those were the scariest and longest three minutes of my life many thoughts ran through my mind if I am would I keep it? Or would I abort I'm not ready for a kid at 16!??

Am I overthinking and is it okay?
