The Holy Trinity (The Father, The Son and the Holy Spirt) is a very Catholic thing. Protestant Christians (non-Catholic Christians) generally do not believe in the Holy Trinity in the same way that Catholics do so they'll use 'in the name of Jesus Christ'. It's a denominational difference among Christians and the Catholics get a lot of smack for actually since many other denominations believe we think the Holy Trinity is three separate Gods to worship. And that's not true- they're three of one God, which is a weird concept but does make sense.

An Orthodox Baptism, in addition to being done in the name of the Holy Trinity, also required a triple submersion for adults and infants. I had been baptized twice in the Protestant denominations, in the name of the Holy Trinity, but was only submerged one time each. I was baptized into the Orthodox Church as we do not recognize the baptisms of the heterodox.
