Vegetarian but to many carbs?
Hello I've recently become vegetarian I avoid dairy as much as possible but still will eat veggie patties with egg whites ect. Anyways the past week I find myself eating a lot more carbs with everything pancakes, bread with veg sandwich , crackers and humus. You see where I'm going with this ! Is this normal ? Or am I being lazy in eating healthy? I use wheat breads and pastas if that's any help! Tia
