Need Help Potty Training

I'm so lost on what to do. My daughter has gotten to the point where she knows what a potty is for, was interested in it before, has gone to the bathroom on her potty, and now continuously pulls her diaper off, but I can't get her actually trained on the potty. She gets exited when she actually goes on it and is exited to flush the toilet when we dump it, but hates having to sit on the potty to start off. I am getting so frustrated and I'm not sure what to do. Even when I let her go with no diaper to learn when she has to go and all she just goes on the floor without any cares, I finally had to start putting diapers on her again just to keep from her just going all over the house. What do I do?
