8/9DPO QUESTION

Ladies quick question 7 dpo took a test and i got a very faint positive dollar tree brand.. i re took the test yesterday 9 dpo and it was either negative or extremely faint positive... im totally confused.. did anyone had this problem. the reason i tested because i couldn't eat meat or chicken amd i was starving the food tasted horrible.. my husband wanted me to wait until af to retest still didnt test today 10dpo..
