Help!

So my SO and I are not trying. We were 2 years ago but decided to stop cause I kept losing pregnancies. We went out Sunday night and had tipsy sex Monday morning lol. I didn't even realize it was my most fertile day. He usually pulls out but didn't. So I decided to take an ovulation test afterwards just to see. And it came out positive! Sooo I'm guessing my chances at pregnancy are high?
