Birth control confusion. 🤔

Is there I could become pregnant on my birth control?

My cycles have been wonky since I started this birth control back in January. I've missed several cycles and when I do have a period is somewhere in the middle of my cycle it rarely shows up during the placebo pills in the pack.

Current situation:

My last period was on August 9th. It showed up on the first day staring my new birth control pack it lasted until the 11th. I just now started my placebo pills and there still 7 days before my period is due. Is there a concern I could get pregnant while taking the nonactive pills before my period is due?
