Babies back to back with ic

Have any of you mamas with IC had babies back to back? How far apart in age are they and was it hard taking care of your little one while also worrying about your bun in the oven?

My SO and I want 4 kids close in age but I have IC and had 2 mc...one at 6 wks and one at 14 wks due to Ic.

I'm currently 22 wks but have been put on bed rest and idk how it would be possible to take care of a baby and not really be able to carry him/her due to my condition?

Or will our dream of a big family just remain a dream?
