Serious bowel pain 2 weeks pp? 😣

I had my baby a little over 2 weeks ago and have since had problems going to the toilet. When I feel that 'pressure' and feeling like I need to go, I get really sharp stabbing pains in my bowel which are pretty intense... I've also been constipated, only going every few days despite taking softeners before bed and metamucil. When I do go, it almost feels like I'm passing glass and sometimes there's blood too 😥 it's gotten so painful but in every other aspect I feel fine. Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it?
