Red/Dark Orange Urine

I'm 10w2d and today when I woke up to use the bathroom I noticed my urine had a reddish tint to it. I thought I was bleeding but when I wiped, there was no blood. so I thought maybe my diet but my diet hasn't changed much. I decided that maybe I just need more water. Well I just used the bathroom again and my urine was red, there was no regular yellow color to it. I don't know what this means and nobody else has any idea. Does anyone know what this could be and should I go to the ER (my OB/GYN office is closed)
