Epidural... Or?

Question

Okay ladies. Im due in March and want to try a natural water birth. I should be 16 by then but Im not sure if Id be able to handle the pain. I want to be able to move around freely and use the water to soothe my contractions/pain. Not only am I not a fan of needles, but I keep hearing of them being injected incorrectly! PLEASE share your opinions/experience with labor! I also know every woman and their pain tolerance is different 😊

it's totally up to you, and it does depend on the birth, I had a really good birth on gas and air. I honestly said once I had my daughter in my arms, that wasn't as bad as I thought it would be! That's not to say that if it wasn't as easy I wouldn't have had more pain relief. Go in with an open mind would be my best advice

Become educated but at the same time, go in with an open mind. I'm going to wait and see what happens and not make a decision now before I'm able to evaluate the situation.

Personal choice, you're very very young yes, but it's a choice only you can make. Get books and read. Learn about the pros and cons that scientifically proven and not opinions of other women. Become educated and so you can be prepared.
