Congress Passes New Bill (allegedly opening the door to warrantless searches)

So Congress has just passed a new bill, and all the conspiracy theorists are saying that all of the stuff going on in the media, the Taylor Swift twitter drama, the AntiFa drama in the news etc was all a cover up so Congress could pass a bill allowing law enforcement to search people's homes without a warrant.

I googled it and NO mainstream news source seems to have covered it. Only a bunch of websites I've never heard of in my life.
