How did you tell your partner you're pregnant?

Ive kept this little secret to myself for 2 weeks now and I think its about time i tell him the exciting news!!
Ive created a personalised babygrow online (see photo) which im going to gift wrap and put in a box along with a positive clear blue pregnancy test.
What do you think? How did you ladies break the news to your partner and how long did you wait?

I had two balloons ("It's a Boy!" "It's a girl!") tied around the positive pregnancy test and then I bought two newborn outfits. I had it all laid out on the table for him to see when he got home. He was speechless and teared up immediately.

In a gift for his birthday. I found out a week earlier not telling him was so hard but worth waiting. Took him out for dinner and he opened his gift. It was perfect. He said it was his best birthday ever.

He's really into video games so I had these shirts made. Our son is 4 years old and he was wearing this shirt when I gave my husband the onsie in a box with the tests. :D

Well I was having cramps/nausea at night for about a week, and my husband told me to go to the doctors the next day but I should take a test before just in case they would ask if I am. Well I took the test expecting it to be negative but it was a super strong positive and one I let it sit for 3 minutes i ran into the bedroom, was tapping him to wake up but he didn't so I said "Tyler wake up" and he woke up and I put the test close to his face but far enough for him to see it. It took him a bit to process it because he was still waking up, but we are super excited

For our wedding, my husband gave me a box with a piece of paper inside that read "Our lives will never be the same again!" and he had taped our new puppy's tags to it. I saved the box and the piece of paper and then put the + test in there. So he basically told himself! I videotaped the whole thing. He was totally shocked!!!
