Adding fresh breast milk to refrigerated breast milk
Yesterday night at 6pm I started expressing for the first time and put my milk in the fridge . I have expressed three times since then and have added the fresh breast milk in with the refrigerated breast milk. I just read I should cool it first before mixing them. didn't do this! I'm worried this milk will now have to be thrown out ? I really don't want to throw it out. Any advice ?
