How much time do you spend on your phone per day?

This may not be controversial but if it isn't, they'll move or delete it. I was just wondering because I got an app that tracks how many hours a day I am on my phone and how may times I unlock it and what apps I use most. I think it is kind of cool. I typically spend an hour and a half to two hours a day. How about yoy?

I’m on holiday so like yeah all the time. Also  back home I do a lot of commuting so I spend a fair amount of time on buses. So pretty much always have my phone, except for work class and sleep

I'm on it all day at work. Sometimes if I can't sleep I'll be on it during the middle of the night.

Just deleted all social media besides this app because it tracks my pregnancy.
So a lot less, waiting to see how long it takes for me to stop picking up my phone to check.

Ooooh what app is this? I check my phone a lot but I don't stay on it for very long, it all adds up though. I'd say a couple of hours maybe? I do feel I spend too much time on it 😕

depends, when I'm at work I can't use my phone except on breaks. if I'm home with hubby, I don't use it much but when I'm home alone it's a LOT

During the school week, I would say 2 hours but usually just to listen to music. On the weekends, I'm bored so basically all day long.
