Ladies I need some help!!!

Hello ladies! So I'm kinda nervous and confused in the same sitting. I'm pretty sure it's been a while since my fiancé and I have had sex (and he came) and my period isn't due for over a week or so. Today I used the rest room to go number 1 and when I wipped I had brownish coloring on the toilet paper. I don't know if I'm having implantation bleeding or if I'm starting my period super early or what. Any women out there who have some answers for me please let me know!
