Possibly teething?

My son randomly got a stuffy nose yesterday, no big deal....well then he for some odd reason wouldn't take his normal afternoon nap (not like him) now it's 3:18 am and he has been SO FUSSY. I've gotten no sleep and he typically sleeps hours at night. He wont take his bottle, he won't even let me near his mouth...part of me thinks he's maybe teething (he's 10 months with no teeth) but then again I'm not familiar...he just won't stop crying but won't take a bottle. I'm frustrated. He doesn't have a fever, we have him Tylenol about 4 hours ago and it didn't seem to help because he's up crying currently. Anybody familiar?
