heavy period

I had my iud in for about a year and just had it taking out end of May and ttc for last couple months. now I get sick dizzy head aches cramping and everything else before af comes so I'm always getting it confused for early preg symptoms cuz I never did this before. and my flows are extremely heavy like literally pouring out of me anyone else experience this ? it only lasts couple days like my period used to but it's so heavy entire time it worries me
