CRUSHING

Heyyy everyone!!!! I am 16 and I am crushing on my neighbor. He is very handsome, smart, loving and we have everything in common, but he's 21 years old but he doesn't act or look like it. Everytime we look each other in the eyes I get very excited and starting to get this tingling sensation down there and I NEVER HAD THAT BEFORE. I have dreams about this man and it's out of control. I wanna tell my mother but I'm afraid she's gonna say something to him or tell my stepfather because there all friends. I just need help on solving this problem before it gets out of hand..
