Pregnant ?

Hi ladies, ok so here's my story. I got my iud removed 7/29/17 I started what I think was my period two days after having it removed, the bleeding lasted for about a week. I started on this period tracker and I am now 4 days late on my period. I've taking multiple PT. They're all negative. This is my husbands and I first month of TTC. I've been told since I was very young that I would have infertility issues due to PCOS and sever endometriosis, I also have chocolate cysts on my ovaries. I also had a miscarriage 3 months ago while I had my iud so that was really hard on me for multiple reasons. So I'm just wondering what you guys might think or if you have any suggestions. I just don't wanna get my hopes up yet .
