Late period, light cramping, light spotting/bleeding but negative test SOS

I've been trying to conceive for a long time, I only have one working tube . I am around a week late for my period, which is usually always extremely heavy and my cramps are usually excruciating . I started to very lightly bleeding and have mild cramps that only come and go , barely. I usually am just bleeding when I pee and it is extremely light. I used a tampon and it was in for 6 hours , it hurt taking it out because it barely had anything on it, and then I just stopped using them them tonight because I'm not bleeding enough

When I peed this is how light it is. Is it possible I could be pregnant, ive taken 5 tests this past week and all were negative but one blue dye test looked positive . SOS 😞😞😞
