Eyebrows desperate help needed

Ok so I don't wear makeup, and I have no idea what to do with my eyebrows. My mom doesn't want to pay for me to go to a salon or anything, so I have to do them myself. I'm in high school btw, and everyone has amazing eyebrows.

So my questions are:

1) What brow shape do you think would look best on me?

2) How can I achieve this shape quickest and easiest?

3) What is your favorite eyebrow tool, and where'd you get it

Also I'm really sorry for like my weird hair and face I can't take selfies
